How can I pay for my order? |
| A:
You must pay 1/2 when you place the order
and the other 1/2 before picking up or shipping.
All payments can be made using Cash, Cashiers
check, Money order, American Express, Master
Card, and Visa. If you pay using a credit card
a service charge applies. |

How long do orders take? |
| A:
Orders not requiring inserts or special treatment
for cassettes take approximately 10 Days, LP's
2 weeks, and CD's 10-12 days. All orders requiring
special handling may take up to 4 weeks.

Does the length of my
program affect how it sounds? |
| A:
Yes. The length of the
program has a direct effect on the volume. Because
longer programs require the grooves to be closer
together, they need to be cut shallower into
the lacquer which has an effect on the volume.
The recommended length per side is between 10
and 20 minutes. |
